Wheat Dairy Free Pancakes

no reason why you can’t enjoy a sunday brunch favourite just because dairy and wheat don’t agree with you. Try this is a great easy to make alternative


  • 1 tsp of baking powder 
  • 1/2 tsp of ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 tsp of baking soda  
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup of coconut or nut milk  
  • 2 tbs of oil 
  • unsalted butter


Mash bananas in a bowl

Add baking powder and soda

whisk egg, milk & oil together and beat into mixture 

Melt unsalted butter in pan and cook pancakes

Serve with berries and age greek yogurt
