Vita-Nutrition provides balanced nutrition and wellness coaching for those who want to make positive lifestyle changes.
I believe that nutrition is the definitive answer to many questions, like…
How can I feel better?
What do I need to do to be healthy?
How can I get my body to look and feel the way I want it to?
But rather than asking you to take my word for it, I intend to demonstrate it by using science-based evidence and your personal experience to prove the efficacy of nutrition in improving your health and well-being. After all, none of the information matters if it doesn’t help you feel like the best version of yourself. And you deserve to feel brilliant every day.
Perhaps most importantly, you won’t have to give up all of your favourite foods in the process. I know that food is an integral part of our enjoyment of life, and I wouldn’t dream of taking that away from you… or me!
MY MISSION AND VISION
My mission is to help people change their food so they can improve their lives.
I believe this happens when people receive, consume, interpret and utilise nutrition-related information in an efficient and effective way. By teaching people how to apply science-based nutrition information that works with their bodies, environment, preferences and lifestyle, I intend to improve the quality of life for all of us, as individuals, families and communities.
My vision is that all people would have easy access to up-to-date and personally relevant nutrition-related information that can be easily implemented for improved health and wellness. After all, we all deserve to be the most vibrant, healthy, whole versions of ourselves.

HEALTH TIP RECIPE
Do you ever find that the bag of kale or spinach only get half used and then goes off? Store kale and spinach in a zip lock bag in the freezer to prevent spoiling. Take a handful of each and add to smoothies. Can last at least a month in the freezer.
